Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions using video conferencing platforms to meet with clients regularly, ensuring a safe space for discussions regarding their mental health.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, objectives, and progress through evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with your colleagues in case consultations and treatment reviews to ensure a comprehensive approach to clients' mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on best practices in mental health care by attending webinars, workshops, and peer review sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, applying established protocols to assess and address acute mental health issues effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young adults and adolescents who present with a variety of behavioral health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues related to executive functioning. You will approach each client with empathy and understanding, helping them navigate their challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to quickly build rapport, trust, and therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
