Work Environment\n

As a remote-based practitioner, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while remaining an integral part of our supportive team. Our outpatient facility ensures that all therapists have access to the resources they need to succeed, including regular supervision, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for collaborative practice with peers. You will work standard hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized and effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and preferences.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to foster professional growth.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and strive to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including those who are dealing with significant life challenges such as trauma, homelessness, or experiences of domestic violence. Your expertise will empower these individuals to navigate their difficulties while fostering resilience and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
