Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Holistic Harmony Associates, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapeutic plans.

• Facilitating individual and couples therapy sessions, as well as family therapy, to address dynamics and improve relationships.
\n
• Focusing on a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to behavioral problems, relationship conflicts, addiction, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to provide effective treatment and support client progress.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care that aligns with therapeutic goals.

• Maintaining timely documentation and case management for all client interactions in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will engage with range from couples seeking to strengthen their relationships to individuals facing various life transitions and challenges. Our target patient population includes:

• Families coping with alcohol or substance abuse and the impacts of psychological trauma.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
