Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and families to address various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to family dynamics.

• Addressing a range of clinical issues, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patients in overcoming challenges associated with blended families, separation or divorce, and adjustment to life changes.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field to enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults and child/adolescent populations, providing a holistic approach to mental health that considers the intricacies of family relationships. Your expertise will be vital in creating safe spaces for clients to explore their feelings, improve communication, and foster stronger connections within their families.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
