Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for couples and families.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to each family member, addressing unique needs and fostering open communication.

• Specialize in managing complex family dynamics, including issues related to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological trauma
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Conflicts among family members, including siblings
\n
• Job-related stress and medical issues
\n
• Challenges with blended families and remarriages
\n
• Adjustment to separation, divorce, and related emotional strains
\n
• Mother/daughter relational conflicts
\n
• Effective communication barriers
\n
\n
• Document treatment progress and modify therapeutic approaches as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive care strategy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, ranging from adults to children and adolescents. You will work with clients facing various challenges, providing support and guidance through critical life transitions, mental health issues, and emotional struggles. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
