Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the assessment findings and client goals, revisiting them regularly to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy through a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Consistently monitor and document client progress during sessions, analyzing data to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Act as an advocate for clients’ rights to access mental health services and community resources, helping them navigate available support systems.

• Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and maintain ethical standards in accordance with state licensing regulations and professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various issues related to mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. Our therapists take a holistic view, helping clients explore their emotions deeply and develop coping strategies to manage modern challenges. We are particularly focused on providing inclusive care to underserved populations, ensuring that all individuals have access to quality mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid LMFT license in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services, with at least two years post-licensure experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals for comprehensive treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
