Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on their specific goals.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions to address complex emotional and relational issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on enhancing coping strategies and relationship skills.

• Build and nurture a therapeutic alliance with clients by providing a safe space for them to express their concerns and experiences.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when immediate support is necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in acute distress.

Your work will cater to various age groups, focusing primarily on adults and adolescents, and will often involve clients dealing with acute crises as well as those in need of ongoing therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
