Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual mental health needs and tailor effective treatment plans, drawing upon various therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be primarily focused on clients dealing with a variety of challenges, including addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with couples, children, teens, and families, along with a cultural competence that respects the diversity of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
