Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and thorough evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively create effective treatment programs.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to enhance clients' personal growth and foster a path toward recovery.

• Set clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and monitor their progress regularly to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Implement both in-person and teletherapy sessions, making mental health services accessible to clients with mobility challenges or those preferring virtual consultations.

• Maintain ethical and legal standards by ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to refine your clinical skills and stay current with innovative therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with diverse client groups, including couples, children, adolescents, and families. We are particularly seeking clinicians who have experience serving clients from diverse backgrounds, including clients of color and the LGBTQIA community, ensuring that our services are inclusive and culturally competent.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Holding a current state-issued LMFT license.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in a counseling role, with a preference for experience addressing issues specific to couples, children, and families.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from varied cultural and social backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with a rich understanding of therapeutic modalities applicable to trauma-informed care and those familiar with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) or DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) will find themselves at an advantage in delivering exceptional care. Experience in teletherapy and a proficiency in using telehealth technologies are also considered beneficial.
