Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to support clients in managing stress, achieving relaxation, and improving overall wellness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client's specific challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, allowing for personalized mindfulness practices to be tailored accordingly.
