Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique mental health concerns, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy utilizing established modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices to support client growth and healing.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring regular progress monitoring and adjustments based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, reflecting our dedication to professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training seminars to refine therapeutic skills and integrate emerging practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Emotional intelligence accompanied by a non-judgmental attitude, demonstrating empathy for clients’ unique experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload while completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.
