Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will engage with patients primarily through scheduled telehealth sessions, using secure and user-friendly platforms that adhere to privacy regulations. The work environment is collaborative, with frequent interactions among team members to ensure coordinated patient care. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves individuals experiencing dual challenges from mental health and medical conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. You will work with a diverse client base, utilizing an informed and empathetic approach to treatment. Your role is critical in helping these individuals navigate their complex health journeys through tailored care and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Competence in addressing the mental health challenges of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Proven experience in delivering integrated care while collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that build trust and rapport with patients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
