Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients, identifying stressors and mental health challenges to develop customized mindfulness treatment plans.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual needs, utilizing techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, and stress-reduction strategies.

• Facilitate group workshops on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building, fostering a sense of community and shared growth among participants.

• Engage clients in therapeutic conversations that incorporate mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation and personal insight.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic practices and techniques, with a focus on mindfulness integration.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a nurturing and empathetic therapeutic space.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
