Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to provide therapy services from a location of your choice, all while being part of a collaborative virtual team dedicated to patient care. Daily interactions with colleagues will be facilitated through video conferencing, ensuring that you receive the support needed to thrive in your role. Our practice emphasizes work-life balance, with a scheduled work week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional evening shifts to better serve our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments through telehealth platforms to evaluate patients’ psychological health and determine optimal treatment approaches.

• Draft and implement personalized treatment plans that address each individual’s unique concerns and diagnoses.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy during sessions.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional expression, personal development, and effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during moments of mental health emergencies to stabilize and guide patients safely.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we welcome applications from newly licensed practitioners with a strong educational background in mental health treatment. Further knowledge in trauma-informed care and best practices is advantageous.
