Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements for mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach combined with a non-judgmental outlook on clients' experiences.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and administrative paperwork is completed accurately.
