As a valued member of our outpatient community health clinic, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, providing you with flexibility while ensuring you can support our clients effectively. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs. You will be equipped with the tools and technology necessary to conduct sessions virtually, ensuring you maintain a high level of engagement and interaction with your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during initial intake sessions, allowing for the identification of each patient's unique needs and the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adjusting techniques to suit individual patient preferences and backgrounds.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster a sense of community and provide peer support for common mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care, maintaining open lines of communication regarding treatment approaches and patient progress.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and resources to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in ongoing team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to ensure best practices are implemented in your treatment approaches.

You will serve a diverse client population within the Naperville community, working with individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who are facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Expertise in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective, goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy across diverse populations, showcasing adaptability and cultural competence.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Strong ethical foundation and adherence to professional boundaries within therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
