Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques as appropriate.

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies to assist clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely support and resources are provided.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless continuum of care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them through advocacy and support.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus to new hires.
