Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to individual client needs to facilitate stress reduction and emotional equilibrium.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, personal goals, and stress triggers, using the information to customize mindfulness practices.

• Lead clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques designed to foster self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies for diverse client populations.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices within individual therapy sessions to effectively address specific mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to integrate mindfulness methods into a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation regarding client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans in compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Commit to personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development to continually enhance expertise in MBSR and related methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
