Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Back to Life Psychotherapy Services, you will engage with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. Your role will involve empowering clients by providing them with effective coping strategies, resilience-building skills, and ongoing support through their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to implement evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
