Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client-specific stressors, emotional challenges, and personal goals to tailor mindfulness interventions accordingly.

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), in both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating client engagement in mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing strategies.

• Lead group workshops and classes designed to promote stress management, emotional regulation, and resilience-building, fostering a community of support and connection among participants.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans that integrate mindfulness techniques to support clients' mental health needs while tracking their progress over time.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
