Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client's unique stressors, challenges, and treatment objectives, customizing mindfulness practices for their needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques in individual sessions, aiming to enhance self-awareness and emotional stability.

• Lead engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the State of Oregon.
