Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs, effectively creating tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches, to facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate closely with a network of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic and integrative approach to client care, addressing both psychological and social circumstances.

• Provide expert crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing your clinical skills and compassionate approach to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and contributing to a more informed public.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
