Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to communicate client progress, discuss needs and concerns, and strategize on potential issues that may arise during treatment.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and progress notes in a timely manner, adhering strictly to organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate actively in designing and adjusting treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and established therapeutic methodologies.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions and crisis intervention to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Assist with care coordination and discharge planning, ensuring clients have seamless access to community services and support systems necessary for their recovery.

• Engage with families and support networks to facilitate understanding and reinforcement of treatment goals established for the client.

Qualifications\n
