Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Safeguard client welfare by offering crisis intervention and critical support for those in immediate distress, employing de-escalation strategies and emergency protocols when necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources, to provide holistic care that meets all aspects of client well-being.

• Participate in community outreach programs and initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, promoting stigma reduction, and educating the community on available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with a broad spectrum of clients from varied socio-economic backgrounds, cultures, and ages, including adults, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exhibit exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their diverse backgrounds.

• Showcase cultural competency and sensitivity in practice, effectively navigating and respecting differences in ethnicity, culture, and socioeconomic status.

• Demonstrate strong documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, particularly in community health settings.

• Experience in diverse treatment settings, including outpatient clinics and crisis intervention programs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
