Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive counseling and therapy sessions, focusing on tailored assessments that lead to personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment documentation, compliant with departmental standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to design and implement holistic treatment plans, integrating feedback from fellow professionals to enhance client care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing evidence-based approaches to assess and treat emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Fortress Counseling, you will work primarily with clients of diverse backgrounds who present with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential, demonstrating your professional qualification to practice.

• Proficient computer skills, including fluency in electronic medical records, spreadsheets, and word processing applications.
