As a remote position, this role offers flexibility while ensuring you have all the necessary resources to provide the best care. Employees can achieve a work-life balance with a regular work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address anxiety, grief, and challenges associated with aging.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions aimed at educating families and caregivers on best practices to support their aging loved ones in enhancing quality of life.

• Deliver grief and loss counseling, specifically for residents and their families who are facing end-of-life challenges, ensuring they receive compassionate and expert support.

• Document all patient interactions and assessments comprehensively, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate records and facilitate coordinated care.

Your primary focus will involve working with seniors who are experiencing emotional difficulties related to life transitions, milestones, and loss. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a mental health setting.

• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Washington.

• A valid driver’s license in good standing, with the understanding that this role may involve occasional travel for community outreach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes monthly productivity bonuses designed to reward high-performing counselors and a sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
