Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent mental health license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), issued by the state board. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• A strong ability to assess and evaluate clients professionally, with the capacity to make informed decisions and recommendations for effective treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems to document sessions and manage client information.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
