Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of elderly residents, identifying specific care strategies tailored to each individual.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions addressing emotional struggles associated with aging, life transitions, and other pertinent issues.

• Offer specialized grief and loss counseling services to clients and their families coping with end-of-life issues, helping them navigate the emotional complexities of this challenging time.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution or university.
