This position is designed for remote work, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients efficiently. You will join a dynamic team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other therapists, who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care. The flexible schedule supports work-life balance, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, alongside occasional evening and weekend shifts available on a rotational basis for necessary coverage.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients suffering from mood disorders, meticulously evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to ensure accurate diagnosis.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, crafting personalized strategies that respect their specific needs, goals, and preferences, and adapting these plans as necessary.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote healing and progress among clients.

• Provide education and ongoing support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options available, and effective self-care strategies.

• Track and monitor client progress thoroughly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize effectiveness and outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, complemented by potential bonus opportunities.
