Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Engage in crisis intervention tactics, applying de-escalation techniques during critical situations to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Continuously collect and maintain accurate patient data to track progress, inform treatment decisions, and adjust care strategies accordingly.

• Remain current with emerging research and clinical practices, including innovative therapies such as professional psychedelic integration counseling.

• Promote a collaborative environment by participating in clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. Counselors will work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, fostering an atmosphere of trust and empathy. An understanding of pediatric mental health considerations and developmental stages is essential, as we provide tailored treatments that respect the unique journeys of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
