This role predominantly involves remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients, focusing on their specific emotional, cognitive, and social needs.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions that navigate the emotional difficulties often associated with aging and significant life transitions.

• Work alongside medical and psychological teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique set of challenges faced by each geriatric client.

• Facilitate grief counseling sessions for clients and their families who are coping with loss, using empathetic and evidence-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support elderly clients who may be experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment challenges associated with aging, loss, or chronic illness. Your ability to empathize with and understand the complexities of their experiences will be critical in creating an atmosphere of trust and safety, facilitating their journey toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a signing bonus to support your transition into our team.
