Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, empathetic therapy to clients with various mental health needs, accommodating individual preferences in therapeutic approaches.

• Function as a licensed therapist, performing diagnostic assessments, managing treatment plans, and conducting psychotherapy sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Monitor client progress through data-driven assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work independently while exercising sound clinical judgment to provide high-quality care.

• Participate in crisis management when necessary, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) software and remote communication technologies to maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse patient population experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and grief-related issues. Your role is vital in fostering resilience and promoting mental health wellness among individuals from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid social work license as required by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
