Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a compassionate mental health provider, delivering non-judgmental care to clients with varying needs and backgrounds.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and individual therapy sessions, providing actionable insights based on your observations.

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic techniques to tailor your approach to each patient.

• Monitor client progress through data-driven methods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to accommodate individual responses.
\n
• Engage in crisis management as needed, applying your strong clinical skills to ensure client safety and well-being.
\n
• Maintain effective communication with case management teams, collaborating to provide comprehensive care solutions for clients.
\n
• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and facilitate virtual communication with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from varying backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Your role will be to create a safe space for these individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards recovery using tailored therapeutic methods.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
\n
• Licensure as a mental health professional (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) valid within the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated history of no medical malpractice claims, verified by third-party sources.

• Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients.
\n
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
\n
• Experience with various psychotherapeutic modalities and familiarity with a broad range of mental health diagnoses.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining focus and productivity.

Preferred Experience\n

• Preference given to candidates with experience in specific populations, including children, adolescents, and adults with severe mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
