Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy, using secure virtual platforms.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, offering consistent support and adjusting treatment plans as needed in response to client progress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
