Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather detailed histories and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly work with individuals who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, including but not limited to those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Experience with trauma-focused therapeutic interventions is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
