Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and empathetic individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on juvenile and young adult clients who may face challenges such as emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and social integration difficulties. Understanding the unique needs and experiences of this age group is critical, as they often navigate transitional life phases and require support in managing mental health issues while engaging with their families and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Demonstrated clinical skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
