Work Environment\n

This position is a full-time role with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment. The remote work setting provides flexibility while fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration among our counselors and support staff. As part of an outpatient office environment, you will engage in virtual counseling sessions, ensuring that clients receive the help they need, regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health challenges and integrate findings into personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, experiencing a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a critical role in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, set goals, and develop coping strategies to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a requirement for this position.

• An active and independent LPCC license issued by the state of Oregon.

• Proficiency in maintaining and managing clinical records and preparing necessary reports.

Compensation and Benefits\n
