Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid to respond appropriately in emergencies.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to handle a caseload effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development to meet licensing requirements and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Interface with clients to assess their mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that address individual circumstances.

• Utilize electronic medical records to meticulously monitor, document, and communicate client progress, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in scheduled meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and enhance team collaboration.
\n
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and uphold Mind Saver's policies and procedures to foster a safe and effective therapeutic environment.

• Contribute to the organization by taking on additional duties as assigned, remaining flexible in a fast-paced setting.

• Ensure compliance with all directives from supervisors and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
\n
• Maintain a current Oregon Driver's License for potential client visits, should in-person engagement be required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage with adolescents and young adults who face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment issues. By using evidence-based therapeutic practices, you will help empower these individuals to navigate life's difficulties and make positive changes that lead to improved well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must have an independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) from an accredited institution, valid in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required.

• Demonstrated ability to inspire clients and foster a positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
