Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will involve a comprehensive range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient well-being:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Diagnosing and treating mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adapting care strategies to meet evolving patient needs.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to devise effective discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care post-treatment.

• Connecting clients with essential community resources, support groups, and further treatment programs to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards in mental health practice, including the Mental Health Practice Act.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our therapists enjoy:
