Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to understand their unique stressors and mental health goals and design customized mindfulness-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Beaumont Mental and Wellness Center, you will primarily support adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
