Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with mental health concerns alongside complex medical conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. You will develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, helping them navigate their unique challenges and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health challenges in clients with co-occurring medical conditions.
