Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each client’s trauma history and identify personalized treatment strategies.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, particularly with trauma-focused populations.

• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders, frameworks for trauma-informed care, and resilience-building practices.

• Substantial experience applying trauma-focused therapeutic methods and interventions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office software applications to facilitate documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
