Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to meet clients' therapeutic goals.

• Document all clinical interactions thoroughly and promptly, adhering to both agency and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to multidisciplinary treatment plans to optimize patient recovery.

• Facilitate on-unit programming designed to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes, while also participating in staff training for continuous improvement.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and colleagues, attending necessary meetings and conferences to foster interdisciplinary collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Peaceful Perspective Life Psychotherapy, you will work with a broad range of clients, including adults and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
