Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions up to five days a week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) focusing on issues such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, and personal development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their specific life goals and challenges.

• Facilitate supportive discussions, helping clients cultivate coping strategies and improve their overall emotional well-being.

• Actively collaborate with other clinicians within the organization to enhance our Telehealth offerings, sharing insights and best practices to improve client care.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within our electronic medical record system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
