Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client concerns, establish rapport, and formulate individualized treatment plans that outline personalized therapy goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing high emotional distress to ensure their safety and mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, assuring meticulous documentation of treatment progress and assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our counselors and offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year . In addition, full-time staff members are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and complimentary access to our telehealth services as active counselors.
