Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, individualized live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, ensuring each client receives tailored support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and counselors to establish coordinated treatment plans for each client.
\n
• Utilize online symptom self-assessments and other clinical tools to track client progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment approaches based on specific data.

• Participate in team consultations and training sessions, sharing insights and strategies with peers to enhance collective performance.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment summaries in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse array of adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in California.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working directly with adult populations in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, delivering culturally responsive and appropriate care.

• Proficient use of telehealth technology and eagerness to integrate digital tools into therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
