Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and conditions.

• Providing individual therapy to adult clients employing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches tailored to their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists primarily of adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate these obstacles and achieve their mental wellness goals through individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year based on your caseload and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
