Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gain insight into clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and personal goals, ensuring a nuanced understanding of their unique situations.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, empowering clients through a clearly defined therapeutic pathway.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy, applying evidence-based methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address diverse mental health issues.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, adapting treatment interventions as necessary to drive optimal outcomes in therapy.

• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers—to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, supporting their access to essential mental health services and community resources that enhance their healing journey.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards outlined by state licensing boards and related professional organizations, ensuring trust and safety in client relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of New York.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology for effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
