Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license is required, which may include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandated, with a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and fulfill administrative duties.
