Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to comprehend clients' concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that align with individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate proactively with other mental health care professionals within the organization to ensure clients receive well-rounded support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Participate in ongoing professional training to stay current with industry best practices in mental health, enhancing service quality and client outcomes.

• Engage in program development by contributing innovative ideas that improve our therapeutic offerings and operational processes.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in immediate distress, ensuring their safety while employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical records systems for efficient documentation.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care initiatives, fostering a culture of collaborative support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will provide culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects their unique life experiences and perspectives. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges and empower them to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health theories, counseling techniques, and legal/ethical considerations in practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This exciting role comes with a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that you have the support you need for your wellness. Additionally, you will have free access to our telehealth services, enabling you to experience our platform from a client’s perspective.
